Beautiful playhouse. Not too hard to assemble just takes a some patience and time. The house is sturdy, pleasing to the eye, and spacious. The costumer service team is always amazing and quick to respond/resolve any issues.

We were looking for a playhouse that was tall enough for our average height 5 year old to use as a Restaurant in his playroom and this one seemed the tallest and most non-girly one we could find on Amazon. The item shipped rather quickly and arrived in good condition. Cons: - the initial smell of the paint is pretty strong. We put an AirDoctor in the room with us to help clean the air as we assembled. - takes two people to assemble. Spouse and I split the construction over two days and worked a couple hours each day to get it finished. - directions are mostly clear, however there were a couple things we would recommend, such as setting your power drill on highest resistance setting if using for a screwdriver, and also when assembling the “A” shaped roof pitches, build the outer bar first and then the center cross bar so that it lines up perfectly at the ends. - the wood is very fragile and thin and would most-likely not hold up well outside in the weather. However, it is sturdy enough for indoor use. - the screw holes for the stove tops did not line up correctly to install them. We decided to leave the countertop open instead anyway so it wasn’t that big a deal. - we received one incorrect part. The box had 3 #10 slats for the porch overhang and it was supposed to have 2 #10 and one #11 for a more finished outer roof edge. We contacted support but have not heard back. In the meantime, we just installed the extra #10 in its place. Pros: - great neutral grays that go with both genders and any decor - fairly easy assembly and straightforward instructions. - pre-drilled holes and well labeled parts made assembly easier. Came with a couple extra screws of each size. - the height of this playhouse make it great for early elementary ages. - the flower boxes on the front are sturdy and easily fit a floral foam block to add arrangements. - functioning doorbell with battery included - sturdy door hinges and magnetic latch for front door should hold up well to kid play - easy to paint or customize for theming. Ours is getting a metal sign to go on the front with the pretend shop name to continue the Peter Pan and restaurant themes we are going for.

My grand daughter absolutely loves this little cottage. Was a great purchase. Easy to assemble. Overall well made! Highly recommend!

Wasn’t overly complicated to put together. Some holes were but predrilled but it wasn’t a big deal. Seems to be sturdy although ours did knock over so we will be anchoring it to the ground.

It looks cute from afar but not good quality at all, very cheaply made for a not cheap price. There are lots of cracks and chips in the wood. The wood isn’t smooth, like they couldn’t be bothered to finish it and sand the wood. The paint color isn’t consistent throughout the whole house. The smell is very strong and 3 days after assembling it I still smell it as if i just unboxed it. It does not look easy to assemble and i hired someone to build it. The only thing going for it is the size but for that price i expected a better quality product and a company that stands behind their product. I contacted Amazon and was offered a very small percentage off to make up for my inconvenience. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Well made and durable
