This urn is beautifully crafted with a lovely finish. It is the perfect size for our late girl who weighed about 55lbs in her final days. The lid seals very well without needing adhesive, so when I decide to have her ashes put into glass, it will be easy to do so. The shipping was on-time, and actually early, which was a blessing at Christmastime as we'd lost our girl on Dec. 17th.

I passed on the urns available from the vet because I found this perfect one. When I received it, the packaging was intact, but when I opened it, the urn was damaged. After learning this, the seller reached out to me, apologized for the defect and immediately provided a replacement. They went above and beyond what was expected to make sure I received the perfect urn and I was very impressed by their customer service.

This earn was the perfect size for my pet. The sizing is correct on the chart. It is a beautiful piece. The colour is vibrant and even the engraver complement at the color. A wonderful piece at a very good price, best I have found.
