the mask is good, a little uncomfortable to use it and continue with your duties. it is best to laid on your cough or bed and wait for the 10 min it takes before it warms up again. it is cheap and does help.

Works really good for puffiness, I use it almost every morning since I work at 5 am. Also really love the cucumber design I’ve never seen a mask like this with designs and they came out really well.

I bought this for after my very petite 20 year old daughters jaw surgery. After reading many review of how large many of the masks sold on amazon actually are I gave this one a try. This mask fit great! I immediately ordered another one from while still at the hospital. We needed two because they only stay cold for about 20 to 30 minutes. They would Work prefect for a beauty treatment, but we needed it for swelling after a surgery. It worked well with her ice packs that I purchased from amazon for around the side of her head that covered her jaw. They are very stiff straight from the freezer like all the others, but after a couple minutes they mold well. This mask is the best so far that I have found for a petite face and smaller head.

So this at least lived up to what I thought I would be getting. I had no problem with the cut outs and it was nice to be able to ice my face while sitting up and watching tv.

I prefer so much more this mask than the ones that are made out of gel beads; this mask feels comfortable and allows you to mold it around your face nicely.I save it on a ziplog bag in the freezer, and clean it before every use, rather quickly as it gets to body temperature fast enough (like any mask like this when it's interacting with your warm skin)Definitely would recommend.I've had it for approximately 2 months now and no problems.

Doesn't conform to total surface of face without pressing it down the whole time. Other than that there are no flaws but I don't think a gel and plastic will get the whole face without manual effort. The face cloth was a good addition

I bought this to use after a face procedure. It worked great. Easy to freeze. The cover is nice to have so the icy feeling is not right on skin. It thaws quickly. Everyone who saw it said I was scary looking tho 🤣😂🤣

I like the concept of placing a cold mask on my face that I can walk around with if needed. Yet, the cut outs and edges are a bit sharp and feel like they cut my face, even with placing the cloth under it. Dont use it often just because I don't want it to scratch my face, but the coldness feels so good.
