Complex toy with lots of features
The media could not be loaded. This ambulance toy has lots of features including several doors that actually open, a removable top for viewing the interior’s contents, three action figures, a removable gurney, ambulance lights and sounds, as well as a heart monitor sound. The assembly was all snap-on parts, but took a little time as there are no directions. I went back to the photos of the toy on Amazon and found one which shows the pieces needing assembly. This helped somewhat. There are many small parts to this toy, some of which I chose not to use because my grandson is just turning 3. For older children who are beyond the risk of putting things in their mouth, the smaller parts are interesting and could be included in the assembly. The sound components are engaged by pressing a small button, one on top and one inside the ambulance. They shut off after several seconds or at will by pressing the button again. The toy needs 3 AAA batteries (not included) and one other small battery that is included. The toy seems durable. All in all, I think any child age 3 to 6 or 7 would enjoy this toy.

Missing Pieces
My 3 yo son is obsessed with ambulances. He loves this toy and while he may not realize it is missing pieces, I do.This would have a 5 star review if it wasn’t missing so many pieces.

Good quality but missing the contents
I recently purchased this toy for a child I take care of. The boy loves Ambulances. The ambulance was fine but it was empty! Nothing that was supposed to be included was missing!Very Very disappointing! I wish I could get the contents of the items missing !!!

Great toy for 3+ year olds
It is very well made but a little too detailed for younger children.

The people have pieces that come off like their hair, heads and legs.
Grandson loved this as a Christmas gift. He is three and managed to take the people apart. He took the hair off them, their heads and legs. He even put the pieces in his mouth. I'm glad I was in his room and got them from him. His mother and I threw away the people.

Complete and Creative
Our 4 year old grandson is enamored with vehicles of all kinds. This ambulance fits the bill. It is realistic with working lights and other things. It appears to be durable. It comes pretty noisy with the built in sound. There are a fair amount of small parts so toddlers wouldn't be a good target audience for this one..

Missing scooter
In the video it clearly shows the figure riding a scooter falling and being taken away in the ambulance. My grandson loved the product due to the role playing in the video was very disappointed to find no scooter in the product when it comes with stickers to be placed on scooter . Video is misleading
