After taking 10 billion CFU daily for a month I have the following benefits (I also take caprylic acid separately) 1.) No more brain fog 2.) Wake up feeling fresh, not tired 3.) Ho utilizzato questi Saccharomyces boulardii della Swiss BioEnergetics durante un ciclo di antibiotici e mi sono trovato davvero bene. Ho notato un miglioramento nella regolarità intestinale e nessun problema di digestione, cosa che di solito mi capita durante trattamenti antibiotici.
