Great Massage gun
This is my perfect MG. Nice and solid, all heads are useful. I only use the low to mid settings and have remove 4 knots that a masseur didn't achieve. I could not stall the 11Nm so way to powerful for me anyway. The hot and cold head works very well, not quite sure why reviews say not hot enough, it nearly burnt my face testing it. Great gadget, low noise and I use the gadget own weight to massage so dont have to apply much pressure. If it lasts, its far stars and would buy again.

I've little to compare this with other that a thing I bought from a certain Chinese website, which was pretty much a toy version..... but then I did pay about £3 for it - sometimes you just know what you're going to get if you think about it! This thing, however... it's a beast! When thinking how to describe it the work 'industrial' came to mind..... and then I found the original packaging and indeed, it describes itself as 'Industrial Grade' - and I completely agree. This feel like professional / industrial quality. This is built for serious work. Highly recommended.

Quality product and company
I love this massage gun. Feeling the benefits already. It’s light weight and quiet. The cold/hot attachment head is very effective. It seems very well built and comes in a carry case. I’ve contacted the company regarding how to use the gun for certain conditions and their response is immediate. Excellent customer service. Bob and Brad also have a large number of videos and self help information. Really very impressed. 2 year guarantee included. Would definitely recommend

Overall opinion
Needs a on /off switch t plus to be able to hold with both hand at same time for some area as it’s very heavy But very solid gun

Perhaps too powerful. Make sure to read safety guidelines and pay particular care when using around one's neck.

Stopped Working
Update: following an issue with this device, customer servive has been excellent. They contacted me and have sorted out a new device which has resolved my issue. Previous Review: Lasted a couple of uses, only had for a week. Completely stopped working, won't even charge and useless. Very disappointed.
