I take this everyday, it helps with muscle cramps I get from neuropathy.

Because Mag Glycinate and Citrate are the best assimilated, I love that they are listed first in ingredients. I need them to aid in sleep, restless legs syndrome and heart function. (recommended by my doctors). All of the different mags are utilized differently by the body, so I'm glad that this complex includes the other types as well. I only take 1-2/day, not 3 in the late afternoon - 3 hrs after other Rxs to avoid interaction and overdosing.

These are a great supplement for at night to help the brain 🧠 relax to get to sleep . Each person would have to try for themselves, each one of us is different. Works for me .
