Awesome steamer! I purchased it to steam-press new pleated curtains, but when first I opened the box, I thougth it looked too small to do the job... I was wrong. It is small, but it heats up instantly & the steam is really powerful. It only took one pass with the steamer & the set-in shipping wrinkles were instantly gone; I didn't have to keep going them over and over again as I normally would with a steam iron. I tried it on my guest room sheets and it made them look like quality hotel sheets instantly! I decided to really test it and started on my husband's 100% cotton shirts; it took the wrinkles out of them in a 10th of the time it takes to do do them with a steam iron and they look like they've been to the dry-cleaners. This is really one of the best products I've gotten on Amazon. Very good quality. It's not heavy and very easy to use. I will say the the water tank is a smidge small, but it's very easy to refill.

I’ve been using this steamer for almost a year now, and it’s been nothing but great. I was looking for something compact, not bulky, but still powerful enough to get the job done and this one delivers. I use it on everything slacks, dress shirts, jeans, and honestly just about every piece of clothing I own and it never disappoints. Bought this for my college kid. I have a much more expensive one, and we swear this one works better!! Heats almost instantly, quick and easy to use.

It’s done an ok job. It takes multiple passes for it to work. I found that it works “faster” with the brush attachment, it still takes many passes though but it’s not as many as doing it without the brush attachment. Alone, it takes even longer. I’ve had a previous $60 steamer that was just top notch. It would do both front and back at the same time and in no time, but when it stopped working after 4 months and saw more reviews of it no longer working and customer service not responding, I decided to try this $40 steamer. It works just fine. Here’s a picture of one side done of some very wrinkly pajamas. This took multiple passes. I also think the water tank isn’t that big and find it quickly needs to be refilled after about 4 shirts. When I was hoping I could do 10 shirts on one fill. Nope. But if the clothing is extremely wrinkly, like this pajama set, it will use most of the water tank. The cord is about 6ft long. I find it perfect for me. In my video, I show the differences between both $40 one that I’m writing a review on. And the $60 one that stopped working. You can see the water tank is much smaller than my previous one. You can’t tell but the cord was thinner on the previous one and had to be wrapped around 3 times! While this $40 one, I only wrapped around once. Weight for this $40 one is 2.2 lbs.

Received an initial steamer in Dec 2025. It worked perfectly with strong steam and simple operation. It’s used for home and travel. I used it around 12 times through Mar 2026, storing in the box after cooldown. The unit failed on the 13th use, not heating at all and spitting water. This was while traveling on business. I was not happy and would not recommend, but when working and the customer service response changed that. I contacted customer support since I could not return to Amazon. After answering a few questions and sending a video showing the issue, a replacement unit was sent. Not a lot of loopholes in the process. This is a slightly newer model with a trigger to activate the steam function, needed when switching from one garment to another. It works very well as did the initial unit. Hope it lasts longer than the other unit.

The iron arrived yesterday and from the first moment I was impressed by how well it works. It heats up quickly and the steam is powerful, ideal for removing wrinkles without much effort. I used it on different types of fabric and the result was excellent. It is light, easy to use and the water tank does not drip, which I think is very important. Although it does not bring automatic shutdown, its good performance and ease of use compensate for that detail. In general, I am very happy with the purchase and I recommend it if you are looking for a good steam iron at an affordable price

The item looked used and old and does not match the picture or description. Short power cord with wrong power adapter. I had to send it back. Very dissapointing

Had high hopes and was looking forward to using. Firstly wrong colour was sent ~ no big deal. But to then find it had an American plug and was the wrong voltage for the UK was very disappointing. No where in the description does it state this! Beware. I have now had to start a return with only one option of returning which in itself is not convenient and requires printing of label which will mean an extra journey in the opposite direction.
