As a speech-language pathologist, I was hopeful that Mirror My Sounds from hand2mind would be a helpful visual tool for my clients. Unfortunately, it didn’t hold their attention the way I’d hoped. Many of my students didn’t find the mirror engaging, and several even disliked using it altogether. We often had to supplement with a larger mirror to make it functional in sessions. Perfect for kids learning to speak or kiddos in speech therapy. My son has graduated from his speech therapy and I bought this for him to bring with him and they used it A LOT and it was so cool to see it be like a “game” for him to learn! Isn’t a bad price for what it is! Good size which makes it easy to bring along. Also great sound quality for easy listening.

I was so looking forward to this for my son who is 5 but has severe speech issues. I charged it right away and once charged I opened it to try it and the mirror is all wonky. Like what you would see in a fun house. Part of it is normal, part very distorted. Had I known this I would not have bought it. Kinds defeats the purpose honestly.

Really loved this for my almost five year old who struggles with speech specifically where his lips/teeth should be to make a certain sound so the mirror was a great touch. I bought this to supplement my kids speech pathology lessons. Would recommend!
