The product is not titanium, it’s stainless steel. It scratches up immediately and simply isn’t what the advertisement claims.

They are not Titanium, they are Stainless Steel, that is not the same thing.

Work as advertised

Was recommended to get these as a more sanitary option instead of wooden boards. Perfect size, very lightweight so if you need to transfer chopped food to the pan it’s very light, unlike wood so makes your cooking much more enjoyable. As a bonus I just throw it in the dishwasher, what a relief! It can be slippery so to avoid that just put a wet paper towel underneath and it does the trick. (Learnt from Gordon Ramsey). Highly recommend, not sure why the previous reviews are bad.

I ordered the 9X13 titanium cutting board. It is not titanium, it has "SUS316" stamped on the edge of the cutting board - which means it is stainless steel!
