Great scooter at a great price.
I am just below the weight limit for this scooter. I have driven it on our rock driveway, across our yard, and a variety of other surfaces. It did extremely well. We went to a festival and I was able to use it off and on for about 5-6 hours before it needed to be recharged. I can't tell you it gave me 30 miles, but it did cover quite a distance. I am 5'11" and found the seat comfortable and enough leg room. The scooter breaks down enough that I was able to put it in the back seat of my pickup and still have room for suitcases. If you keep the speed moderate, 2-4 mph you will get the best performance. The mirrors were useless for me since I have broad shoulders which prevented me from being able to see behind me. The phone mount, with the mirrors attached was in the way. It was fine after removing the mirrors. It is also convenient having a charging port for your phone. Overall, I would say this is a good scooter at a very reasonable price that gave me the performance I needed. If you are going to use it on tough terrain, pneumatic tires are available. Additionally, it is not too wide to fit through the cabin doors, if you are going on a cruise.

Good Product, Good Company
If there were a 6-star rating this company would get it for their service and product to me. I received my scooter 6 days earlier than projected and when I emailed them with questions they always responded within 24 hours. I purchased the S-02 mobility scooter model with the 350W motor and have put it to the test with my over 200lbs sitting in the seat. A big concern of mine was it capable of taking me up the quarter mile steep hill that leads me into the park outside my back door. To my surprise and delight, the scooter made it up the hill with ease. I've driven it on gravel, lumpy sidewalks and it performed beautifully. I also drove the scooter on cobblestone for a quarter mile checking to see if any bolts or nuts would come free on the bumpy ride. At the end everything was still intact and still running well. Another big concern of mine was transporting the scooter. Before ordering I looked into buying hitches for the back of my SUV since I'm approaching 80 and figured I wouldn't be able to put it inside my vehicle. I was surprised how easy it was with only a little effort. From my experience I would suggest anyone looking to purchase a solidly built, good-looking scooter from a company who cares if you're satisfied with your purchase, then this is the place to go. Good riding.

Perfect for theme parks!
I love my new scooter. I bought it for this years 10 day trip, to the theme parks in Orlando. It worked beautifully, we were in the parks rope drop until after closing every day, the battery never even got low. I even drove it back and forth from the massive parking lots, and through all the ride ques daily. The back basket was plenty big for all five of our jackets and spare shoes. The total cost of the scooter was less than daily scooter rental at the parks, and we didn’t have to stand in line to rent one ever. The battery is really lightweight, and simple to detach and recharge. The scooter is simple to fold down and stow in the back of our minivan, one person can lift it, but it’s easier to manage with two people due to its size. Having handles on both the front and back made it incredibly easy to load with two people. I love the cherry red color, it looks great with my Chiefs stickers, which helped me locate it easily among all of the rental scooters. I highly recommend it, especially for the theme parks!

Great cart at this price point
Great mobility unit for a great price. Easy to put together. Note, however, that there's no good spot for the bonus cell phone holder. But one doesn't generally buy a mobility scooter for the phone holder, so I wouldn't get my knickers in a bunch over it. I bought a cup holder that has a separate slot to hold your phone for just a few bucks on Amazon and that works better. I also recommend buying a cover, especially if you plan to park it in a garage or carport. It's still on the heavy side, so you'll likely need an able-bodied person to lift it in the car or some kind of ramp that you can use to roll it up to the trunk. (Some workable solutions can be found on amazon, from wheelchair ramp to loading ramps. Just put the scooter in neutral and guide it up the ramp. BTW, this thing really motors, so if you're used to grocery store mobility carts, this may feel fast. Also, the turning radius isn't great, so no sharp turns.

Worth the money
Let me start with their customer service. My scooter arrived completely dead. After a fairly straightforward and easy assembly,I figured it was something not too complicated, but I didn’t want to tear into it and void any warranty. I contacted them on a Friday night, and they immediately responded. They are in China, so there was an issue with timing and them being in the office. But by Saturday night, they had sent me a video showing me how to remove the control board with two simple Philips screws underneath the scooter and check for loose wiring. Sure enough, there was a positive terminal completely disconnected. As for the scooter, I came from driving a couple of 3-wheeled Drive Sp!tfires the last three years. The first one broke on the steering column after two years, and the second one only lasted one year before the front frame snapped. I decided to try something different even though it had most of the basic features I was looking for. Its 4-wheel design is much sturdier than the 3-wheel I had been using. I wanted to make sure the throttle worked the same. I wanted a paddle type throttle that worked in both directions so you can forward/reverse from either hand. This scooter has that. I wanted lithium ion batteries. This scooter has that. I wanted a decent turn radius. It’s a few degrees less than my old 3-wheel, but is sufficient enough and perfectly capable for home use. I have a perfect right turn down my hall to get to my bedroom and it handles it just fine. The seat sits a little lower than I want at its highest setting, but at almost 6’ 2” I’m used to a little compromise there. The chair had to swivel with a simple handle pull, and this one does. The arms needed to fold up with no extra buttons or anything to press, and these ones do. There is an onboard headlight. And this thing is BRIGHT. It’s honestly a little too bright at times, but I’d take that rather than being too dim and useless. It does have a horn which I don’t really care about or ever use on any scooter. It DOES NOT BEEP when you reverse which I cannot stand. So thankful for that. It came with two mirrors that honestly look a little goofy and I opted not to install those. The front basket is a little on the small side, however, there is a basket on the back as well that folds up. The one in the back is a little obtrusive. It sticks out beyond the back of the scooter slightly lengthening it. Another problem is you can’t reach the lifting handle on the back when the basket is on, though the basket does easily remove with a simple turning knob. Last thing about the basket, but I was surprised there wasn’t a warning sticker right on it when unfolding it because this thing is under some serious tension. DO NOT have your face near it when it springs into action. There is a USB charging port on the column which was a nice surprise. It shipped in less than a week. But the best part is the speed. This thing really moves at just over 6 mph on its highest speed setting. There is a slight delay from a dead start, but when you're moving and throttle down, it picks up right away as long as you’re still in motion. The speed is also analog so you can control it with just pressure on the throttle instead of having to dial it down. So for me personally, I just keep it all the way up and control it that way. There is a simple electric brake so all you do is let off the throttle to come to a complete stop. It sits high enough off the ground to be able to load it onto a car ramp. The suspension leaves a little to be desired, but I wasn’t expecting a bunch of shocks or springs on a $600 scooter. But if you’re on a bumpy road, you do feel it a little. Overall I am extremely happy with this scooter and I highly recommend it. Some minor adjustments I would make, but again, I’m just happy to not have to pay two grand for it. If I get a couple of years out of it, then I definitely got my money’s worth and will repurchase it again.

Good but has a problem
PROS: well built, fast, good battery life. CONS: Need to get on your knees to install/remove seat because of locking pin that fastens seat to scooter. Not very good if you want to transport scooter in your vehicle where seat removal is required.

Scooter
I’m very happy with this machine. It came on time was boxed beautifully and was easy to put together. I am a 73 year-old woman and I was able to do everything by myself. It’s a little bit heavy for me and I will need to have help putting it in my car. It’s also small which is great for this small person (I’m only 4’11). My son who is 5’9 said he was comfortable but I thought he looked a little large on it. I live on a gravel road and it was important for me to have something that would go on gravel. It moves very well on the on the gravel, but it is a bit of a rough ride. I rode it over to the park about 1/4 mile which is paved and it cruises right along. It’s peppy. The next weekend My son and I took it to the bike path and I rode it for about 6 to 7 hours on the bike path without any problems. Went about 10 miles with it. It never slowed down or lost power . I’m very pleased with its performance. It went uphill and downhill, and the speed never changed. I have been housebound and this machine is going to be a blessing. It’s gonna give me access to the out of doors again.
