This is a wonderful support belt for my scoliosis! It has made a world of difference for my mobility and pain level. Definitely recommend if you want a thinner, low-hip belt.

This is a quality product. I appreciate that the tension can be adjusted to an individual’s needs/comfort. I have used it just for a short time, so I can’t attest to its overall effectiveness. However, I do feel a measure of comfort while wearing it.

This sacroiliac belt works well. It is built with good quality materials and provides the support and comfort you are looking for. I wouldn’t say I provided pain relief for me as much a it provided a way to prevent pain from occurring. Not much different from using other belts, but seems to work nice. This is not a miracle belt in my opinion as in it won’t make all your back pain go away, but it fries kelp support you much better than having nothing there would. Lower back pain is difficult to gauge what exactly is causing g it, but this helps with plenty of the symptoms. It is worth a try if you are having lower back pain of sorts.

I bought this thing months ago and I'm happy to report its still working as it should. The belt itself is completely adjustable which is great because I bought this to help me exercise in and even though I've lost weight, it still fits good because it can adjust. The whole thing is completely breathable and whether I wear it over or under clothes, I still get sciatic relief. While this can get pretty sweaty when I'm exercising, I'm able to wash this belt by hand and just allow it to air/hang dry. I have put this in my dryer on air dry, mainly now because its so cold but it doesn't cause any damage to my belt. The velcro on this belt is really strong and no matter how much I bend or move, it doesn't become lose. Really great belt and really does relieve my pain.
