My ENT has said that I have narrow ear canals which leads to frequent ear wax buildup. I had tried the drops and the bulb syringe thing with limited success. This is a good product.

Doesn’t work whatsoever, it just moves wax around, please keep your money!

this really didn't work for me. I tried it a few times but i think it doesn't go in my ear far enough. i just got an ear wax flush recently at Kaiser, there was a lot of wax in there. the nurse told me most of it was way back near the ear drum.

The length is too short except for the main. The case is not included. It is too easy to lose. It is not easy to hold. The main is not bad, but I wonder if it is worth buying it without the case at this price.

Purchased for my mother so she can take care of her hygiene and still be independent at an older age.

For the price this beats the other options out there. No fancy case but all the usability. After a shower it works like a charm. Does take some getting used to as it feels a little stupid to twist this tool into your own ear like your drilling a hole in your head. But then it gets fun. But then it gets fun. I was skeptical on buying this product due to the mixed reviews that I saw. For the price, it is right. It absolutely worked for me! I am one of those people that gets a lot of wax buildup and I have a hard time cleaning out my ears, whether it be, a Q-tip or other types of regimens. But I am actually impressed on how much wax was taken from my ears. Pretty gross lol but definitely impressed. I also like that they give you the small tools to help get the excess wax that was left Behind. I would honestly recommend this, just make sure you don’t go in too deep, so you don’t hurt your eardrum. Even though the spiral tips are on the softer side… It was easy to clean and they give you more than one piece that connects to the wand that goes in your ear. This is Long lasting solution and I am happy with my purchase!

it just didn't work. I just started using hearing aids, but there has been a problem with wax buildup. When the package arrived (Note: It was a package, not a box.), I tried it, but there was virtually nothing on the end that when in the ear. There were no instructions on how to use the tool, just the warnings about keeping away from kids, etc... There are two extra pieces of metal that I think are to be attached to the main part of the tool. No clue on what to do with them. Gonna try to put a picture on. Definitely not recommended
