I am very impressed with how clean this formula is(no citric acid or sorbates..,etc). It is also very effective. I noticed improvements from day one of taking this product. I purchased the zinc, manganese, and copper. I am going to buy the magnesium and potassium. I wish the manufacturer would consider making other minerals like iodine, selenium, boron and molybdenum. I will be a life time customer so long as the quality does not change. Update June, 2024: I used 5 bottles of this product so far. While it raised my zinc level, I believe it is contaminated with thallium. My thallium level is elevated and this is the only product I use and could be contaminated with thallium. I was told thallium is a by-product of the process of making zinc sulfate. I am going to stop taking it and re test and see how it goes. PLEASE make sure you get a heavy metals urine before and after. Chronic thallium exposure has a serious health consequences

It's advertised to let you know when you have enough zinc in your system. And that actually works. You mix it with 2 oz of water.. and if it has a pleasant taste - then you need it. If it has an unpleasant taste... you no longer need to take it. And if the taste is neutral - neither pleasant or unpleasant... you may continue taking it. 6 drops in liquid... is the dose... so this is very economical. Will buy again.

I've found a flavor isn't detectable when blended with a 16oz bottle of water. I suffered from chronic sinus congestion for many years, this zinc supplement appears to have cured the malady. Now my nose only runs when consuming hot/spicy food, hot beverages and cold ambient temperatures.

Bought these to help keep my immune system strong. I feel like they work great, I’ve had a few sore throats or feelings like I’m starting to get sick but then I take these drops twice a day and it’s gone within a day. They do have a taste to them.. it’s not awful but it’s not good either. I would recommend mixing them in a drink with flavor like juice. But I do recommend them, just ordered my second bottle.
