It comes with preloaded songs (a surprise for us)!
The media could not be loaded. I got this to help with speech development for my 2-year-old niece, but looks like the older sister (7-year-old) takes to liking this a lot. It makes a "magical fairy" sound every 2-3 minutes. You put it on lock mode (button on the left side) to use the M-button to play the songs. This was a pleasant surprising for us. The 7-year-old likes the magical fairy sound effects and we were trying to figure out how to trigger it. It seems to just be automatic. When you put it on unlock mode, it will say the words on the flashcards. I think this is great for children learning how to talk and up to early elementary ages. The sisters will be sharing this and having fun together. 🤗It does require THREE (3) AAA batteries; does NOT come with batteries. The device I received is missing the tiny screw that secures the battery cover on the back. I will be using some tape to secure the cover to prevent the younger toddler from getting to the batteries. For this safety reason, I removed 1 star. Otherwise, it would have been a 5-star review from me.(Disclaimer: I received this product for free from Amazon Vine program. However, my life philosophy is to always provide honest and accurate reviews. As such, this review is will be written the same regardless if I had paid for this product.)

Its hard to see.
There is no back light and my 5 year old can barely see what she's doing. Other than that, it does what it says it will. Lots of cards and the audio is clear but a bit soft.

Perfect Learning Tool for My Toddler!
The Talking Flash Cards for Toddlers are fantastic! They cover a wide range of topics and have really helped enhance my child’s vocabulary and cognitive abilities. The card reader is super easy to use—just slide in a card and it clearly pronounces the word. My child loves the fun and interactive way of learning, and the repeat function is a great feature. This has been especially helpful for our speech therapy sessions. It’s portable, durable, and perfect for both home and classroom use. Highly recommend for any parent looking to make learning fun!

Great for kids who need to visualize
My son has the hardest time when it comes to learning. Since were his parents, he thinks he knows more and its hard to teach him the correct way. I love how he can see how each letter is written and how the words are assembles. It helps him learn how to write things correctly. The only bad thing we have with it is the screen is so dark. He Literally has to sit under a lamp to see anything. If there was a light built into the screen and we can see what he's writing, it would make this thing perfect.

Great educational tool
This is a great educational tool whether your child is on the spectrum or not. I picked this up as a teaching tool for my great nephew who is turning 4 in October as a birthday present. After toying with this a bit I think this is going to be very beneficial for him in learning his numbers & letters etc.

Talking Flashcards for toddlers
I recently purchased the Talking Flashcards for Toddlers for my 2-year-old, and I'm impressed with this product. The flashcards are interactive and engaging, and my child loves listening to the sounds and learning new words. The voice is clear and friendly, and the pictures are colorful and attractive to little ones. The cards are durable and easy for small hands to handle. I appreciate that the volume is not too loud, and the content is educational without being overwhelming. It's a great way to introduce vocabulary and encourage language development in a fun way. I highly recommend these talking flashcards for other parents looking to enhance their toddler's learning experience.

Educational, informative and interactive
If you’re simply looking to improve your child’s writing reading and counting skills, then this is a great flashcards device for you.Not only is this device a flash card for words and items But also has the capability to trace and draw on the screen so you can play along or learn with the cards. It’s basically like a digital curriculum book for young children or children with Learning conditions.Decently priced around $30 and you get 200+ cards with the device so I’ll have lots of options to choose from.Recommend

Toddler loves playing with it
The media could not be loaded. Toddler loves playing with it. This educational toy, designed to enhance cognitive skills, covers a wide range of subjects like animals, food, and shapes. It's super easy to use, just flip the switch and slide a card into the reader to hear it clearly pronounce words. The button for the repeat is perfect for reinforcing learning. What I love most is how it supports children with different learning curves, offering a fun and interactive way to build vocabulary and improve speech. Its super portable so it's great for both home and classroom settings. With tons double sided cards and a card reader included it's ready for the little one to play with! I took off one star though because it was missing the back screw for the main console.
