My favourite show
I love Prison Break and have watched it more times than I can count. Glad to see that Prime Video has the final two episodes of season 4 as lots of the time they're missing from streaming platforms.

Brilliant, watch it!
I absolutely loved Prison Break. Season one was brilliant from the start, it keep me on the edge of my seat most times. Not to mention Michael Scofield is extremely pleasant to look at!! Some of their enemies become some of their best friends by the end of it! The love that Michael has for his brother is amazing, as the things he does for him is quite unbelievably. Season two was great as the action and suspense continued. Season three was gripping, as they continued in Sona prison and how very different this prison was to the first. With Season four, I felt like when is it gonna get any better for them, as they seem to have continued bad luck throughout it all! Part of me, felt like it should have ended at Season three and I was hoping for a happily ever after ending. PRISON BREAK makes you feel the suspense, the surprise, happiness, sadness and has some great twists and the acting was brilliant, some great characters who played them really well, including T-Bag. I was impressed at how clever Michael Scofield was, seeing things others don't notice. I would highly recommend that you watch it, you will get hooked, trust me!!! I'm gutted that it's finished now!

Avoid season 4. It sucks. Season 1+2 5*, season 3 4*, season 4 2* (spoilers)
Fourth season loses this show 2 stars. Sitting through the last season was like pulling teeth. My introduction to this show was 9 years ago when a girlfriend's dad had the boxset of the first (2? 3?) seasons. On several occasions I would stay up til 5am watching prison break alone because I thought it was that good - and the cliffhangers were brutal.Seasons 1-3 do gradually decline in quality, but a high production quality is maintained through 1 and 2 - there are some sloppy scenes with filming mistakes, odd script choices but nothing that distracts from the plot. Absolutely a must-see. The first season is stunning and it's enjoyable watching the puzzles unfold and the clash between the characters. Great selection of actors.[SPOILERS] It's clear that the budget of season 4 is quite high, from the locations, props, vehicles and special effects. Gone is the gritty tension from seasons 1+2, partly as there are no prisons - it's all just guns, car chases, explosions and kidnappings. You will cringe as cliché plots start to appear as the execs demand more episodes be cranked out; oh it's their mother, oh he's dying, oh they're not brothers, oh shes pregnant, oh no he's dying again. Also it sucked that T-bad never got to change as a person, we saw such an interesting side to him when his backstory was explored, how he suffered abuse and was desperate for a normal life himself but felt trapped as a criminal. I'd imagine the writing team got sacked for making the plot too complicated because before we know it, T-bag is back to his old criminal self without so much as an explanation and his story ends with the protagonists sadistically taunting him and sending him back to death row.The 'bad guys' motivations are never fully explored, they're just literally killing each other over a USB stick with blueprints for futuristic technology. The justification? "it's my property" - there's a suggestion that one party wishes to start an apocalyptic war for financial gain, but this is neither confirmed nor fully explored. The protagonists are told time-and-time again that they'll "never understand" their mother's motivations... it's hinted that she wants to do good with the technology, and this would make sense given how good michael is throughout the show. Seems the writers couldn't be bothered to write this so they just went with having 2 antagonists and then killed her off to save explaining anything.TL;DR, watch the first 2 seasons. Let yourself enjoy the third and then never watch more. You will feel ashamed of yourself for liking prison break if you watch season 4. It is a shell of its former self.

PRISON BREAK - SEASON 4
I will not be writing an extensive review as the previous two people have - if you are a Prison Break fan, as I am, then surely this is the final chapter to your collection. Yes you can say that this was not as intense as the first 3 seasons, but let us face facts, this is the one you must own. If someone had ripped out the last 4 chapters of a book you were reading, you would be devastated, surely this is no different. You either love it or loathe it and if you are reading reviews on this particular DVD then you must be in the "love it" camp.I wont spoil it by telling you plot - but the end is for me, perfect, and it gives you a warm feeling inside.

best show I have ever seen so far
a little mix of "fugitive" and "ocean's eleven"incredible actors, best show I have ever seen so far. the whole story is captivating , keeps you on the edge the whole time. this is the type of the show you can watch all over again and again ( like Friends :) ). It won't be available on Amazon Video for long so I bought all Seasons :):):). So if there are any fans , make sure you've got DVD or you buy via Prime.

Top Quality Box Set.
I loved Prison Break Seasons 1&2 but felt Season 3 slipped just a little and Season 4 became a little predictable. However you have to watch the final Season as there are some good twists and turns to finish this great story. The acting and characters are as good as always but you do get that 'James Bond' feeling where you know nothing bad is going to happen to the main character(s) no matter what their predicament. Overall a must buy for anyone who has watched the previous 3 seasons - You wont be dissapointed.
