Easy to use and was very efficient. It came to boil pretty quickly and it was kind of fun watching the colors change. Love that we can brew tea in it as well.

Perfectly made tea anytime I want, with very little wait. Can also be used for coffee, but I bought it specifically for making my tea. The included, detachable infuser is a must-have. I am a little concerned about cleaning it... the metal part in the bottom at the base is already tea-stained. But I assume a coffee pot cleaning product will do the trick.

Works great, boils water and tells you how hot it is.

I got this one because really wanted one that the lid came off so I could fill it directly from my fridge water spout- my previous kettle was actually a little nicer and seemed a little heavier, and the base was more solid, but this one is super fast. Mine was actually missing the infuser, but that's fine, I would never use that - I only put water in the kettle, then do tea in a teapot so I don't have to worry about stains and residue from tea that can create problems. I am not crazy about how the controls work. I feel like it's not very intuitive. For example, when I put the kettle on the base, it beeps (I guess to let me know I did it correctly?), and if I push the button, it displays the current water temp, but it takes an additional 1 (or 2?) pushes to boil the water (212 degrees F), and if you want it a different temp, you keep using, and just hope that its 'on'. The leds turn on to indicate you are, in fact, heating water, but once or twice, I thought I was, only to come back after a few and nope. Also, really thought I bought one with a warming function, but I guess this doesn't. I really appreciated that my old one kept the water at like 140 for a bit, esp for making one cup at a time, but I guess it's not necessary.

Arrived put water in it pressed button and nothing doesn't even function. Could be a lemon still would not recommend just get a normal one without all the fancy temp reading.

My family and I love this hot kettle. It’s fast, love the lights and ability to change temperatures to what you need. It also counts down as the temperature rises on the digital display, so you can stop the water st a specific temperature your wanting. This is really great when your making bread and need water a certain temperature for yeast. I have the kettle and tea out on the counter now and my son is now a tea drinker because of it.

I love seeing my tea heat up in minutes and it perfect if ur preference more of the freestyle or mixing different leaves
