Needed sturdy bakeware to bake, freeze and transport sweet breads out of state for a wedding. These worked great!

I get feedback from people who say they are the best cakes they have ever had. They also like the size- good for one or share with another. I think frosting is too messy, so I top the cake with white chocolate. I will never go back to metal pan for my cakes!

I really do like these. They work great!

I like the fact that I did not have to add oil and flour to the pan. However their edges need to be more secure. My oven does not cook evenly so I often will go in and turn my baked products. In the process of trying to turn this pan one of the edges gave way. This could have been a mess but I stopped before I fully pull the edge out of place. I also had this product on a cookie sheet which I think helped it to cook evenly.

The reason for four stars is I wish I could have gotten these colored for different holidays. My pumpkin and banana bread turned out perfectly. They do look a lot better to give than aluminum pans of the same size. A couple of them did have the grease go through but for the most part there were no grease stains. I will get more the next time I do a lot of baking.

Great for mini banana loaves,will try them later on for Xmas baking too.I did put a small piece of parchment paper just on the bottom of them for where the edges line up some had a tiny gap.This worked great !
