This has been the only product that really helps with my gut health. It also helps my son. I am breast feeding and my son can goes days with out a BM. When I take this consistently, he goes every 2 to 3 days instead of 5 to 6 days. I like that this helps add more healthy greens to my diet, and my sons.I have to mix it with a thick juice or in a smoothie. It does not taste good and it is tricky to mix. I dont mind buying juice and adding some flavor to my day.

I'm glad I found this organic supplement powder that doesn't have a bunch of other ingredients. I like that there are only four and nothing else. Most other supplements try to throw in everything but the kitchen sink and I'm not interested in that.I drink this just mixed with water and I love the chlorophyll punch you get from it :)One thing, keep in mind this is different from the *Superfood* Protein Medley. They really need to make their different product names more distinct.

I was looking for a simple way to incorporate more wheat grass and ran across this product. Upon researching the other 3 ingredients, this appeared to be a good combination of greens. I use a big scoop (not levelled off) with 15-20 grams protein as my morning meal, and with this breakfast, I've been able to reduce my coffee intake from 4 cups daily to 1-2. The thing I like most about it is that its a natural source of energy that doesn't leave me feeling sluggish halfway through the day. I take it every morning before work and also before tennis matches. Product was shipped same day and arrived sooner than expected.

I was given a sample of this and decided to give it a try. I had no expectations of it at all. As an RN, I realize most people do not enough healthy greens. I have to say that after 4-5 days, I noticed an increase in my energy level. I also noticed a marked improvement in my colon health. I have since purchased this product and will continue to do so.
