This light is amazing! Adjustable, easy to put together, very sturdy! I was so satisfied with my purchase. The height was perfect for either low or high, the bending made it perfect for a using it wherever you’re seated. Super versatile! And the color was easy to blend with its surroundings. GET THIS NOW!!! So, I was suffering from severe and constant back pain and used this once and BAM, GONE! I kid you not! I got it for ALL the other benefits but its calming and removing body aches too. Comes with glasses and it's super easy to put together. I didn't even use the directions. The base seems secure, but I would be careful when moving it around and I think it's best to find the place you want to use it in and just keep it there. Warning: May cause some weird, intense or interesting dreams!

I bought this to help with my widespread inflammation that thus far, has eluded my medical providers for over 2 years now. I like how simple this lamp is, but it’s effective. The frame was easy to put together by hand. It was also easy for me to attach the panel, but, the light cord clips and I didn’t get along, and one broke. Having extras would have been nice. It’s extremely versatile, moveable and I love that, one of the reasons I bought it. Plus I kept the box so that I can bring it when I travel for medical appointments!I like the power switch, it’s easy to use. I hang my glasses case on the cord so it’s all right there. The lamp does put out some low heat but it’s not unsafe. I can feel the inflammation releasing from my body and these treatments really help with my head to toe pain, migraines, muscle tightness/spasms and fatigue. Any other benefits are icing on the cake!All of that said, I was very disappointed with the included glasses. What a joke! I purchased the appropriate glasses separately after getting advice from my functional neurologist’s laser treatment tech who has administered my treatments in their clinic.However, I’d still buy this red light therapy lamp again!

Great soothing light therapy.I purchased for improvement with overall health such as hair loss, fertility, and skin rejuvenation. This lamp is awesome and has worked great! I love that I can focuse the light on a certain area of my body or reposition it for a whole body therapy session.

Don't over think it this is great product I bought it for my wife and I use it as well and its very bright its a lot smaller then it looks so if your looking for something bigger then goneith something else. Another great thing is it was very Easy to put together!
