Really love this grill griddle combo! It heats up quickly, and the heat control is smooth, so I can sear steaks on the grill while cooking veggies or breakfast on the griddle at the same time. When the grill arrived the box was damaged. While putting it together 4 or the pieces were all dented. Contacted the company via email and they agreed to send out replacement pieces. Received 3 of the 4 replacements parts so far. Each part came in separate boxes and all 3 of the boxes were damaged again and the replacements parts were dented worse then the original parts. Very disappointed conaidering how expensive this grill is. Recontacted the company and they want to resend the dented parts again for the 2nd time. Hopefully they will be packaged betterand arrive undamaged. We do really like the grill/griddle combo and it works great. Just would like a new grill that isn't all dented. Might have been better just to send a complete new grill! After messages the company and receiving the replacements for the 2nd time, these parts were good even though the boxes were damaged. The company made everyvattemlt to make things rights and also gave a small credit back. All pieces replaced and love the grill/griddle combination. The company was also in constant contact and handle the situation more than satisfactory!
