Awesome way to eliminate my 2 most hated chores.
This product can be disappointing in the first few uses, but give it time. It isn't as strong as a normal vacuum, but it makes up for it in being able to run daily. After about a week the floors were much cleaner. It transitions seamlessly from hardwood to tile to carpet. It usually doesn't get stuck unless we do something stupid like leaving clothes out, or it runs over the kids headphone cord. Replacement parts are readily available and well priced. The mapping is excellent, and seeing where we need to adjust things made getting used to it very easy. All of the sensors work as expected, so no worry when leaving the door to the basement open. It won't yeet itself into the abyss. If it dies today I'll buy another.

Very nice major upgrades from last year's Q Revo model at the same price!
I bought a Q Revo last year to replace the Roborock S6 Pure for the first floor cleaning. What a huge upgrade that was! The auto-garbage-collection, auto-washing, auto-refilling features provided by the Q Revo was a day and night difference. The schedules made routine clean so much easier. And I moved the S6 to 2nd floor to clean bedrooms for occasional manual triggered cleans. Last week I read reviews about their new offering of "Qrevo Plus" which is on sale at the same price I bought "Q Revo" last year, and I really want to remove the burden of operating S6 for bedrooms. So here we go. Wow, wife can't stop praising my decision. First floor cleaning is even better, and 2nd floor cleaning is a breeze with the "Q Revo" moved up. At the same cost, when I compare the "Qrevo Plus" with "Q Revo", there are several very obvious differences that make this new model a major upgrade to us. Following are the standing out new/better features we observed immediately in the past several days of usage: * Excellent: Mop can stick out to clean the strip that couldn't be wiped before * Excellent: Much faster mapping speed (5min vs 50+ min) * Great: Quieter than the "Q Revo" model, and much much better than S6. * Great: more efficient routing at corners and tricky locations * Good: Higher sucking power (7000 vs 5000?), which we didn't feel much with 100% hard floors And I do notice one difference on the downside: * The water tanks are smaller with the new model This is not a concern to us, as the old model needs water added to the clean water tank during the week with our routines anyways. The slight smaller size doesn't seem to make that matanance chore any worse. I'll update if there is any real impact to our daily usage after a couple months. Otherwise the two machines look very similar to each other. Update 10-20-24 Used the machine for 2 months and it works great so far. The smaller tank works fine and didn't cause extra work for us. The gray water tank is cleaned once a week, clean tank is filled twice a week.

Buy it when you find it on sale
I’m in love with this vac/mop combo. No complaints as of now. I’ve used it numerous times over the past month and it has performed very well. I love that it doesn’t bump into things like my two previous robot vacuums did. This is my first mop robot. I was concerned about how much water it would put on my floors but it’s perfect. They dry very quickly. There’s no issues with my area rugs getting wet either. It was super easy to set up and have it map my house for the first time. I do recommend doing this. You can choose to just vacuum or just mop if you’d like which is great. I let it vacuum for the first time, then changed it back to the default which is vac/mop. I don’t let the waters stay in the containers after it has finished. I pour both out and rinse and leave them open to dry. I don’t use any products. Just cold water. I live alone and my house stays clean so you may want to use the recommended product for the mopping if you have pets/children or track in a lot of dirt. It is relatively quiet compared to my previous ones. I let it run while I’m home watching TV and it doesn’t bother me. I don’t have carpet in my home but I’m sure it will do a great job with that as well. I did wait until it was on sale for a reasonable price of $500. As of right now I highly recommend this product. Fingers crossed it lasts as long as my previous one did.

Total Waste of Money – Frustrating, Ineffective, and Not Worth It
I would give this 0 stars if I could. This has been one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve ever made. The robot constantly loses track of where it is and spends up to 30 minutes just trying to “figure it out.” When it finally starts cleaning, it often thinks it’s in a completely different location and cleans based on the wrong map. It makes no sense and defeats the entire purpose of having a smart device. It also doesn’t clean well. Instead of picking up dirt, it often just pushes it around, leaving debris behind. The mopping function is equally disappointing and barely makes a difference. Overall, this device has caused me more stress than convenience. I genuinely would have been better off vacuuming myself. I regret spending so much money on it—save yourself the frustration and avoid it.

I hate mopping!
I have a newly remodeled 2000SqF house. All hardwood and porcelain tile flooring. I HATE TO MOP!! Hate it! I have long dark hair and shed like a fool and 3 cats. Lots of hair. I bought a new Roomba vac (not a mop and vac) and it does fine vacuuming, but I liked my older Roomba vac better. My new one is SOOOO loud and beats my floor vents all to hell. Anywho, I still had to mop several days a week. I bought this fancy fellow looking to improve with the Vac/mop combo. I also wanted a mop that did not force me into their cleaning product. The manual recommends using theirs for safety of the machine but does not list the ingredients, pH, etc. So far I am using my cleaner that I know is safe. I did buy theirs and will try theirs next once I do a bit more research on it. Additionally, I was looking for something that did not put a lot of liquid on my hardwood to ensure that they are safe. He was easy to set up and connect to my wi-fi. Rocky mapped my house very quickly. He charges fast. The first run of cleaning he got tangled under my bed on the adjustable bed cables and lost a mopping pad. Upon inspection, he actually lost both mopping pads during that first adventure so I was then on the hunt for the second. Of course it was under a different bed. They seem to come off fairly easily but they may be designed to for the machine's safety. The app did tell me that each had come off but I wasn't home and did not have access to the app. I have readjusted the power cables under the bed and have not had that problem since. So to my point. He does a good job and mops well. The circular motion of the pads seem to scrub better than just one stationary pad also. His little arm reaches a pad out to scrub the edges of walls and vertical surfaces! Also, he is SUPER quiet! Quiet to the point of me not knowing what room he is in. I have not figured out the schedule on the app yet for anything other than whole house cleaning (but only spent a little time with the app on initial set up). The app is not as user friendly as my Roomba app but I will learn it. Overall, I am very impressed with this splurge. I think he will be a good solution to maintenance cleans and leave the actual work of me mopping my heavy traffic floors to a bi-weekly job.

Very nice product!
Cleans and mops very well! It allows me to divide the house into different rooms/zones and choose which one to clean. Very reliable! Worth the investment!

Worth the money if you have pets!!
Had the basic Robo Vac for years till it decided to die on me. Found this on sale for only $100 more than my other so figured what the heck and bought it. What a game changer. If you have pets that shed and either wood or tile floors then this is the vac for you. No more messy dusty dust bins to empty and clean, just remove the dust bag when full and toss it. Only thing you need to do is empty the dirty mop water and refill the fresh water tank. It vacs and mops in one pass and maps out your rooms on the first pass. Now I can select mop or vac or both and which room I want cleaned or set up a routine for cleaning. This was worth every dollar I paid for it. I have wood and tile floors with some area carpets. This does a good job of mopping and vacuuming and can differentiate between the carpet and hard flooring as well so it won't mop your carpet.

Fantastic robot vac at an excellent price for the features
This is a great robot vac for under $600, my floors have never been cleaner! I didn't think I would be very impressed with the mopping from one of these things, but after extensive research, it seemed worth giving it a shot. I am amazed, this thing really does a great job mopping my oak hardwood floors! During mopping it periodically goes back to wash the mop and refill the cleaning fluid so it's not just spreading around dirty water. And it really does extract an amazing amount of dirt from the floors, as evidenced by the contents of the dirty water tank in the dock. I use the Roborock official cleaning solution as directed, and I find that it works wonderfully. I believe this model is the sweet spot in the Roborock lineup. It has most of the same features and cleaning performance of models costing significantly more. The extending side mop is definitely a game changer, it always gets to the edge of everything. The vacuum power is more than sufficient for hard floors and medium pile area rugs. There are models with more bells and whistles, though they are mostly just gimmicks and don't really make much of a difference. I didn't need a camera, I don't care about hot water vs room temp mop washing, or a more stylish rounded design to the dock, etc. I think this really is the best bang for the buck in Roborock's current lineup. Battery life is excellent, my routine is a full vacuum first, then a full mop after. I find the cleaning performance is better when not doing the vac and mop at the same time. I use this on the main level of my 3 level home, about a 1000 sqft area (a bit less when large furniture is taken into account), and it can vacuum the whole area and then go back and fully mop, all on a single charge with plenty of battery life to spare. As many others have pointed out also, the Roborock app is great, and the mapping is fantastic. No-go zones and invisible walls are easy to create, and the bot abides by them perfectly every time, literally down to the inch. This thing never has trouble finding its dock, it always knows exactly how to get back even in total darkness. It easily distinguishes carpet from hard floors and shows it all marked on the map. Every time it runs it seems to improve and fine tune its map and route, it literally learns over time. The app allows for multiple Roborock units to be controlled, I also have a $139 Q5 Pro which is now used for the other 2 levels of my home which consist of mostly carpet, and that machine is outstanding as well. The obstacle avoidance works well for most things, though it is not too great at detecting little things like small cat toys. A simple quick tidying of the area to be cleaned beforehand is all that's needed. Tip- pull out a couple chairs at the dining and kitchen tables before running it, and be amazed at how well it vacuums and mops every inch with the exception of just the spots covered by chair and table legs! Wifi network connection is quick, easy, and solid. This only runs on 2.4ghz band so your router must support both bands if applicable. Also bear in mind before purchasing this or another Roborock model, there are some limitations to what network password types this will accept. I've seen some complaints about this not connecting to the network. Make sure your password type is acceptable beforehand, and if it isn't, plan on changing it. Fortunately for me, my password was acceptable and did not require a change. Do your homework before purchasing and you won't be disappointed!

Me gusta mucho!!!!
