All natural but in a capsule. Let me tell you. If you need something to help keep you regular. Metamucil is tried and true. But black seed oil also lubes as it cleans which is a lot effective when keeping things that are no good out of our gastrointestinal tract.

Very good meets expectations

I have previously used Amazing Herbs brand but decided to try a less expensive brand that was likely just as effective. I saw good reviews on this Eagleshine black cumin seed Deal supplement. When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see how well packaged it was and even more surprised at how dark the oil appears inside the capsules. Which is reassuring for me since I was trying to avoid less potent oil. Despite later realizing that the capsules that encased the oil were black in color and the oil was not as dark as I initially assumed, the quality seems to be as I had hoped. I'm excited for the results and look forward to reordering at such a reasonable price. These 1000mg capsules are very easy to swallow with no flavor. So far I am impressed.

I always ask before ordering because I have a hard time swallowing....just got these and I am so disappointed. I wish mfg would just be honest.....these soft gels are huge and I am sure not returnable. I open the capsule and add the liquid into smoothie.
