Is this the product with the disposable bottles or do you need to pour into your own bottle?

This is with disposable bottles you can use & throw and once the bottle is opened we should use it within an hour. Some times if baby leaves 1 or 2 ml at the end we have through it away as we should not use it after 1 hr.

How long is the product good for once it is opened..I.e. under refrigeration?
