Broken cap (not much of an issue for me)
The product is good, and the packing was quite good too. Surprisingly, however, when I opened the packet i found that the cap was broken. I had got rid of all the boxes, bills, etc., because I didn't expect this. Luckily I still had one bottle of the same product, and I was able to swap the cap.
