this medicated shampoo is for seborrheic dermatitis, a condition involving skin inflamations such as zits, rash like symptoms, scaly scabs on the skin or scalp....supposedly this shampoo has another ala seb shampoo containing tgel which is supposed to be better but i cant find it online. tgel is tar, any dandruff shampoo with tgel will fight the condition of seborrheic dermatitis........dandruff symptoms may indicate seborrheic dermatitis.
