Excellent little set that has resurrected my old dartboard.The darts themselves are perhaps a tiny bit light for my personal preference, and while they are by no means absolute-top-quality, they are more than good enough for intermediate and half-decent casual players — and at a price that won't break the bank.There are loads of spare shafts, shaft rings and flights, in addition to some little sharpening stones.For me, if you are new to darts or getting back into it after a long time, then you could do a lot worse than this useful set.

Hi although happy with pack the dart themselves, the paint work is not up to much after only a few throws the black is already coming away and I expect to see metal colour in full within a week, I wanted the the black colour to last!

I wanted to get back into playing darts and needed something that had everything included. This set seemed like a perfect choice with the 22g steeltip brass darts and all the accessories provided.When I first opened the box, I was impressed with how complete the set is. It really has everything you need to start playing straight away. The darts themselves have a nice weight to them, making them easy to control. I’m no expert, but they feel solid and well-made in my hand. The brass barrels provide a good grip, which has definitely helped improve my aim.One thing I really like is the selection of flights and shafts that come with the set. It’s nice to have options to personalise the darts and find what works best for my throw. The variety adds a bit of fun to the game as well, letting me switch things up depending on how I’m feeling.As for the performance, I’ve found the darts to be accurate and consistent, which has made practising much more enjoyable. The weight is spot on for me, and the darts seem to fly straight without much effort. I’ve noticed my accuracy improving since I started using them, which is a big plus.The only minor downside is that the flights seem a bit fragile. After a few good sessions, I noticed some wear and tear on the edges. However, considering the set comes with spares, this hasn’t been too much of an issue. I can easily replace them as needed.Overall, I’m really happy with the WINMAU PDC Ultimate Set. It’s a brilliant set for anyone looking to get into darts or even just for casual play at home. The darts are well-balanced, the accessories are useful, and it’s great value for money. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone who wants a reliable and enjoyable dart experience.

Aside from the basic and rather thick barrelled darts, this came with four sets of flights and shafts, spare locking rings, four sharpening stones and a checkout card. The branding and logos all go nicely with the same brand dartboard and the barrels are coated for gripiness, but may suffer damage from darts falling down. All are contained in a sectioned plastic box, but are not able to be stored fully assembled, with flights having to be removed and the tips go into a plastic cover.These felt a little heavier and have thick barrels which didn't suit my throwing so much. At a current price of £19.90 you do get a lot that would suit home practice or someone just casually throwing, but if you don't need the accessories then there may be better alternatives in terms of cheaper steel sets or more expensive tungsten darts.
