An Essential part of any Indian cooking is the Ginger/Garlic mix and this hits the spot. Alot of supermarket ones are full of oils or even vinegar which taints the flavour this doesnt, its exactly the same as used in Indian restaurants up and down the country.

Quite a strong flavour but still nice.
