Broke in 5 minutes
The wheels on the case broke within 5 minutes, unable to steer it or push it in a straight line, absolute nightmare in a busy airport, returning back

Not as good as expected.
I bought 2 of these cases, but before I even used them, two of the zips on the inner lining broke. The zips on the main body of the cases don't open and close smoothly either. If I hadn't needed thesecases so urgently, I would have returned them immediately for a refund. They are nice looking cases, but not as sturdy or as good quality as I was expecting. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Poor quality
I bought this item after reading reviews on Amazon. When it arrived it looked well made and fairly sturdy. After it first use the lock mechanism broke.
