Easy to put together. Easily reaches the heights I need. Sturdier than other brands I have tried. Heavier than I anticipated so not as easy to haul around especially up and down stairs bur probably due to size, height and sturdiness. Feel safe while up doing projects I need to do. It's great. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. I had a ladder that I had to teeter on the top step with no supports just to try change a light bulb.and still couldnt reach it. No more!!! I can easily reach the ceiling high enough to paint, change ceiling filters, hang curtain rods or change a light bulb with ease. It has the 2 side handles and a gentle rise up each step, plus a top shelf for supplies. I am 5'7" and almost 70 and still couldn't change a light bulb, now I can with an additional step if I needed it, and dont feel like I have to have someone else near by. Can't tell you how happy I am. Easy to fold, Easy to store. I can carry it, but prefer to "walk it" The handles would've been nice if they also folded flat, for storage, but its OK. My ceilings are 9' tall. Never realized what an issue that could be. Its opens and closes with the same ease as those Costco step ladders do, only it's really tall!!! Seller was great. Would do business again if I see they have something else I need. This is sturdy and will last a long time. Dark brown. Pretty 😍 too.

Its a little heaver than I thought it would be but it is very sturdy and gets the job done, I bought it to get into my loft in my she shed and it is the perfect highth for that and the handles on the side make it easier to carry things up and down from the loft and when I'm done it fold right up out of the way, it is perfect for my needs, ive also used it for out door window cleaning and a few other things like that, it is much safe to go up and down that a ladder

It feels very sturdy. Being a senior hand rails are big plus in making me feel secure climbing up. It's just the right height for doing trim work painting in the 12 ft. Ceiling. The tray is a big help, keeping me from climbing up n down so much.It's lightweight which is nice to move around and it folds up nicely and very easily so the functionality of this ladder is fantastic I love it.

I love this ladder sooooo much! Where do I start? He's tall. He's dark. He's strong and rugged and handsome. There's nothing wiggly or wobbly about him. His deep steps and strong hand rails make me feel so safe and supported. His tapered feet clutch the ground. My personal altitude is a mighty 5' 1" and from the fifth step I can work at an easy 12' reach to change the light bulbs in my vaulted ceiling fixtures. I haven't been so happy about anything else I have purchased in years! And the price is so reasonable! Throw away your twisty tippy old ladder and get one of these!

This step ladder is easy to assemble and very solid. No tools are needed for assembly. This step ladder handled my 215 pound weight easily. I am 74 years old and I have stepladders with 3, 4 and now 6 steps with the handrails. The handrails are the single most important safety feature. I wouldn't trust or use any other type of ladder. The steps have anti-slip coatings and the step ladder itself is very stable.You just feel safe when you are using this step ladder.

Arrived quick! one little hole in box, no sweat. I am 75 and i had it put together in no time! Its study and i love it already. I have high ceilings, high up lights and fire detectors, and I have a nice 3 step with the handy try, but, this is so much more safe for my uses. I will not squeal and fear for my life now installing the deck sails for summer on the second story deck! think this was a great deal!
