Q: Can i use two front speakers next to the tv and two ceiling speakers on this avr?

Yes you can have 2 front speakers 1 centre speaker 2 rear speakers and 2 ceiling speakers and you can also add 2 subwoofers as well You can do any combination of these speakers and adjust the settings in speaker settings section of amp menu

Q: Can this reciever do Atmos with ceiling speakers?

Q: Will it decode Atmos even if i'm using 3.1 setup?

It will decode the Atmos but without the exta speakers you won't benefit from the fill in sounds. I use a 5.1.2 speaker setup , The .2 is two extra speakers sitting on top of the front L and R speakers firing upwards into the room. Hope this helps with your question.

Q: I want this to go with my projector,but also to stream my music .do I need the projector on to play music?

The receiver had 4 inputs for video and I think another 4 for audio, so you don't need the projector.
