This nutritional supplement is a necessity for me. While everyone's needs are unique, for me, this one affects mental clarity and immunity, and has a direct effect on my vision. I have tried other B complex compounds, and this is the one that consistently works the best for me. For some people, it needs to be taken with food or can cause stomach upset.

I was having some pain in my wrists from overuse. A friend recommended these. They definitely sped up my healing, and helped my wrists. Your needs may vary. They are vegetarian. They would also be good to take if you're taking iron for anemia, since your body needs B vitamins to make blood, too.
