You Get What You Pay For
Focal length is very sensitive and image resolution is so poor that you cannot distinguish much of anything. Even in ideal conditions (inspecting a coin on a table) the resolution is very poor. The software was easy to install in Windows 10 and the camera was working in a matter of seconds. Overall, I suppose this camera is worth what I paid, but the screen capture image in the product description is misleading.

Not a good camera
First of all, you cannot return the item. The camera does not have good resolution so it is hard to get a good image. The camera is also too large to maneuver in your ear canal to even see anything. But in general even outside your ear, the image quality is poor. The edges of the camera is also sharp and it hurts when it hits to your skin as you are trying to maneuver. I am still annoyed with the fact that I cannot return it. Don't waste your money.

Too many flaws.
I didn't like how the LED would burn my ear and also it was difficult to move it around so you know which is the direction the camera is supposed to be pointing up or down, left or right. There should be a marking that says that. There is a black spot on my scope that is inside the lens. Quite annoying. There isn't a zoom in or zoom out function either so when you try to get close, it gets all blurry. I'm not too happy about this.

Worked real well with my Galaxy S8 with type c
This thing is amazing. Had an outer ear infection and I was able to monitor the healing process every day. Picture of eardrum might gross people out, but it is what it is, what the heck. I always wanted to see in my own ears, now I can. Bought the elephant ear spray bottle for ear wax removal to go with it. I hope this camera lasts a long time. Seems well built. Mine came with a case.

it has limitations
Its doe not connect to iPhone. A bit cumbersome, I stopped using it.

Not pleased...
no instructions came with product...can't find any software to download for camera to work on mac. Very disappointed. Only wished I opened the package earlier so I could have been disappointed in time to return. Oh well...definitely NOT a product to purchase...MAC user BEWARE!!!!
