Rough English on the package, but great product. my whole family has been using this tooth foam and I've got to say it's really good. My teeth feel clean, my breath stays good for longer than when I use the minty adult toothpaste. Now that I've tried probiotic toothpaste with lactobacillus in it I'm going to look for more like this. Also, I've been reading on xylitol and it seems to be very good for teeth. One excerpt I found: "...Studies show that Xylitol dental benefits include effectively decrease acid-producing bacteria by up to 90%. Xylitol also keeps the bacteria from adhering to teeth which decreases plaque. Because xylitol does not break down as sugar does, the pH level in the saliva is raised and acid does not form..." The foamer bottle is only 2 oz, but three of us have been using it for over a month and still have likely another month in the bottle. It really seems like a good value, because it lasts. interestingly enough, a little bit last longer than a lot of the paste style ones. I like that it's fluoride free. It tastes good and doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste so you can eat/drink right after, if you need to. It seems to have helped my sensitivity. I really like that I can brush my teeth right before bed and wake up without bad breath. That is saying something for a toothpaste for me.
