I have used these cameras now for the past five years. I have only replaced about three of them and I have eight . They last for a good bit of time.

The original DVR system we received would restart frequently and after talking to customer service they replaced it. The replacement DVR system has been working fine. There was zero hassle, their rep Slina was in contact with us through the entire process and made it right. Well done Slina and the rest of your customer service team.Besides that (sometimes things happen) the cameras have been worth their money. They work as you expect, the night vision is pretty good(better than expected), the DVR user interface is basic, not fancy but it works fine.The ability to look at 16 cameras, day or night, will put you at ease. If you hear something in the middle of the night, its a fast way to see everything from the safety of your screen. I really do rely on that ability.Wiring 16 cameras can be a challenge, especially when some are 150ft long. Go slow, have patience. We ordered one extra set of x4, 150ft cable , it also comes with x4 100ft cable and x12 60ft cable (for 16 cameras). There are x4 connectors for joining cables to make them longer. That was the right amount of cable for us with a quarter acre of land (couple cabins in a rural area).I would buy this again, even with exchanging the DVR.

The camera works fine, but the screws on the mount for adjusting the tilt and rotation of the camera body cannot be loosened. If the camera can't be pointed where you want it, it's useless. Very disappointing.

customer service nearly does not exist, its through email and they tell you how to trouble shoot it, even tell you to take dvr apart and unplug things to try and figure out why its not working properly. Dvr resets on its own constantly and when it does you cant reset or do anything from the mobile app, must use mouse to get it going again. Ive had several other systems that are way easier to use. I have only had it for just over two months and unfortunately was out of town for a month right after the purchase and could not see my house the whole trip, been fighting with trying to get the unit working every since I returned, still not. my return window is closed and customer service has not contacted me back over my problem. really regret this purchase and all the other things I bought to try and make it work right. The app on my phone is not very responsive. they did send me a new dvr and it seems to be working much better, the app is still very slow at loading the videos.

I ordered this system for a third time. No problems with the first two systems. The third had a problem with the DVR. It kept restarting. After contacting customer support and providing a few bits of information they had me do a download and try a few things. Nothing fixed the problem so they sent me a return UPS label and I sent back the DVR. After 6 days a replacement DVR arrived at my doorstep. The replacement DVR works great, just as it should. I extremely impressed with the response time and quality of communication from customer support. I would definitely recommend this product.
