Perfect for our salt grinder. Not too fine as it is coarse enough to grind and the flavor is amazing.

Excellent product. The corse works well in my spice grinder. I can get desired texture. This salt does not negstively impact blood pressure. Additionally, it has trace minerals and is low in sodium. Great value for the money.

A little overpriced.

This salt is a lifesaver for me during the night during leg cramps. Just a pinch under my tongue and the cramps subside very quickly and without the residual muscle aches in the morning. I also use it to season our food and I even put a pinch in my coffee in the mornings. I love the large chunks of salt and the taste and quality are top notch!

This particular salt was advertised to contain 90+ minerals, however the package I received reads 72+. I previously used the another brand, also from Mexico, touted as being the absolute best, even better than Celtic salt. I tried this one and immediately noticed a difference. This one is much coarser and requires grinding and takes longer to dissolve in water or in cooking. The flavor is a bit stronger, more tart. UPDATED 9 May 2025: Received a message from the company's founder stating that while the product is the same, it is just their packaging that has been updated to reflect the additional minerals. I had already begun using the salt via a salt grinder and find it is just as good as other brands at a much better price point. UPDATE2: 11 May 2025: Though I did not request a return or refund, I was refunded the full purchase price. My initial review was out of concern that there may be some bait and switch type of practices, so common with many vendors of supplements, but I can attest that is not the case.
