I believe this is a high quality product, but I want to warn you to watch for side effects. I developed severe muscle aches and a very itchy rash on my chest. I Googled the side effects of ubiquinol and realized it was the cause of my aches and rash. I stopped taking these and after a few days the rash began to clear and the aches in my neck and legs disappeared. I am giving it four stars, because the quality seemed very good and the side effects are not the fault of the manufacturer.
