No, They're not support wall dimmer,only dimmable via APP or voice contol

Way1:Power off the speaker and back on, wait for 30 seconds thereafter. (for less than 15 lights). Way 2:Power off the speaker and all lights-Power on the speakerwait for 2 min-Power on all light-swait for 30 seconds.( for more than 15 lights).

Do these Alexa lights require us to download a separate app?

No, it needn't. After the light is powered on, issue a command to the Alexa speaker: "Find devices" to Auto Pairing. For precise control over color temperature, brightness, and dynamic or DIY scenes, consider downloading the BRmesh app.
