Fashion Essentials black velvet flapover bag with quilted and studded detail. All metalwork on the bag (including the studs) is a gold tone finish. Brand new with tags. The detailed quilting and stud work is inspired by fashion designers and it would make a great evening bag. It is secured by a pyramid twist lock which you simply lift and twist.
