Q: Can I put this on hair and blow dry in hair !?

Personally i think this is more of a scalp oil rather than a heat protection / de frizz oil. It is fairly lightweight as long as you use tiny amounts - i wouldnt see why you couldnt blow dry after but you may find your scalp getting oilier quicker than usual. I did use daily at first and found my scalp got greasier much quicker and it did itch a bit so i stick to using before washing. I hope this helps!!

Q: Is this rosemary oil diluted already? I’ve heard you have to dilute rosemary oil before use.

There is no need to dilute the oil from person use that I have experienced. But if you have a hair treatment oil in which you create your own I suggest you add some of the rosemary oil to it as part of growth. But direct use is perfectly fine
