I usually wear Medium underwear and wear 34-inch waist pants. I chose a Medium for these underwear and they fit great. The size chart in the pictures seems off though as the Medium is listed as 28.0-30.7 inch. Then it notes the "MODEL WEARS SIZE M" and has the model specs as having a 31.5-inch waist - which is larger than the medium range.The mesh is very nice and comfortable. However, since it is mesh, I cannot wear them for more than a couple of hours since the mesh somewhat presses into my skin especially in the groin area.The descriptions mentions "Bulge Pouch" but there isn't really much of a pouch. They are more like normal underwear than bulge pouch.Overall, they are a very good value. I've spent more on similar mesh underwear, and these are slightly more comfortable.

I normally wear between a large and XL but I bought the XXL and they fit perfectly. So my suggestion would be to order at least one size larger than you normally would. These are very comfortable and will be great for wearing/lounging in on hot summer nights. Of course, they're not a very good choice to wear to the gym, doctor's office, etc., but..... ;-)

This underwear fits well and is true to size. They are transparent so can’t show the front. Nice wide waist band holds well and leg bands keep them from riding up. Very good quality.
