Get it if you like cold and hot coffee you won’t regret it
Me and my Wife are a big fan of this. it does make some slight noise randomly but that it so it keeps the cooled water ready for your next cold brew it’s not to loud . it’s not freezing cold but it’s for sure chilled coffee you don’t need ice but if you want it colder then what it produces then you might aswell just get something else and just use ice but we highly recommend this For hot or cold brews we use it every single day. it’s a decent size but not to big it’s actually not bulky it’s bassically symmetrical box. it’s extremely easy to setup and use it’s just a few simple clicks and your coffee starts brewing immediately it’s actually the fastest coffee machine i’ve ever seen it doesn’t take long at all. it’s worth the money if you like cold or hot coffee. and it taste perfect every single time because it has a self cleaning mode after each use

Strong Brew, Hot & Cold, Multi-stream technology
The media could not be loaded. I had Keurig Classic and Keurig 2.0 (hot and iced). They both still work. I gave the first one to my Mom and I use the other in my office at work now I wanted something different and considered Ninja, Instant Pot, and Keurig brands. In the end, I picked Keurig Brew+Chill - better reviews, based on my personal experience with the brand, and some new features. The size is a little bulkier than what I would have liked but it will do.I love the multi-stream technology - it pokes 5 holes on the coffee pods, strong brew, brews hot & cold, 70 oz water reservoir.I just received and set this up yesterday. I filled the chill tank with filtered cold water from the fridge. It made some sounds that sounded like your kitchen fan blowing on low setting. I pressed the “quiet” mode so then it changed to just a low humming noise. The sound didn’t bother me at all. While it was cooling the chill tank, I felt some warm air coming from the side vent, right behind the water reservoir. It almost felt like your desktop tower blowing some air. 24 hours later, no more noise and warm air blowing. I think it will come on based on your usage of the “cold” brew. Because of the chill feature, this needs to be plugged in at all times to maintain the water cold.So far, I brewed 2 Keurig Iced CoffeeHouse drinks Pineapple Passionfruit and Strawberry Açaí. I also did 4 hot brews of Starbucks, Kirkland and Keurig coffees. For all the ones I made, they are all good as expected with no issues. I will try to cold brew the traditional Keurig next.My coffee mug in the picture is a 16oz and fits. Some of my 24 oz travel mugs fit if I remove the bottom tray. Anything over 8” tall will not fit. This model would only brew 6 to 12 oz at a time. I would have liked a espresso brew to maybe 4 oz?Back to the cold brews - the machine will do an auto rinse maybe 30 seconds immediate after the brew is completed. I put a cup underneath and for 2 cold drinks, only 1 drop each came out from the nozzle. The bottom tray however was almost full. So, it looks like when it rinse, the water goes through a tube from the inside to the bottom tray. Also, I still have to add ice to my cold drinks. Maybe it’s just a matter of preference? There’s no hot water button on this one but if you just want hot water, say for your oatmeal, just brew hot like normal but without any coffee pods in it. It’s actually good to run plain hot water on your machine from time to time as it helps clean it in between. I did that on my previous machines. I also recommend filtered water only. Don’t use tap water or distilled water.I wish it came with a built in frother. I bought a separate Keurig frother and I will download the Keurig Barista app next so I can try some flavored coffee, latte and cappuccino. I’m excited. The traditional Keurig filter cup won’t fit on this one due to the multi stream feature but I read that one will come out in Feb 2025. I will also try that to make my own using regular ground coffee.Even though I had no issues with my other Keurig coffee machines, I purchased the 3 year protection plan, just in case. Make sure to register yours for warranty and support purposes. 🙂

To use chilling functionality, do not use re-useable, fillable kcup holder OR cloth bottom kcups
Was looking forward to a non-diluted iced coffee but immediately received hot coffee. Good tasting but hot. I heard a click when the brew started but no chill. Researched and found lots of bad information. Dug deeper and found the real reason... To ensure the chill function works, only use the usual, full plastic bottomed kcups, not the refillable kind with the hard plastic bottom, not the cloth bottom kcups. The reason is the chill function must use a separate needle in a slightly different position to siphon off the hot brewed coffee into the chilling pipes. With a cloth bag, it doesn't hang low enough to be punctured (and it wouldn't be a pretty sight) and the refillables have a hard plastic that can't be punctured. I may be off on the tech but the warning is correct. I made my second cup with a normal kcup and no hot coffee came out immediately, but pretty soon, ice cold coffee was being dispensed. Strong, delicious and cold! Not sure they mention this anywhere in the manual or online, but it is definitely the proper method.Hot coffee brewed as normal and was so much more flavorful than my previous Keurig, just a few years old. Loving the front facing water reservoir too. No more reaching behind the machine to refill the tank. BTW, the chill tank uses water to chill the coffee but doesn't need refilling but for once a year to top off. The only water the machine uses to brew is the coffee from the front reservoir. Not the chill tank.

One month in and its already having issues.
While it worked it was good, only had it for one month and a week and now its pouring over inside the K cups. To think it's already having issues this early on for the price range is very disappointing. The iced feature is honestly very lack luster. Most of the time it's just a cold lukewarm but hey its not hot coffee I guess. I would NOT recommend getting this unless you want a headache with all the noise and space it takes. It really isn't worth it as much as I was looking forward to this machine.
