This is a great book to learn coloring techniques and practice with. I purchased 2 of these books because I really like the way the author colors. She instructs different drawing, coloring and blending methods. It’s a really fun book. I have several Thaneeya McArdle books.

I decided to hop on the adult coloring bandwagon and buy this book. It has cute mandala pictures and the pages are thick enough that the colors do not bleed through. I kind of wish the WHOLE page was for coloring, but for this price point, I think it is a great deal. I am not getting to color as much as I would like, and am learning that my coloring skills are not as good as I had hoped, but I do feel good while I focus on coloring and zone out. I would buy again.

I am enjoying this coloring book. After reading the other reviews, I thought I would love it. However, I don't enjoy drawing very much, and this leaves a lot of space to add your own little bit to some of the pictures. So it is great for people who can draw or enjoy drawing as well as coloring.It does include some tutorials on how to go about adding to the picture, and gives some ideas for color schemes, which I appreciate.I also like the quotes that are included as a watermark on the back of the pages.So, overall, good coloring book. If you can't or don't like to draw, you may feel like the picture is missing something in the end.

My five year old son was getting annoyed at my taking over of his color books so I decided to order my own. The images are printed on very nice, thick paper, but I was slightly disappointed in the quantity of images in the book. For the price I was expecting a larger book. Excellent quality though and I will probably order again in the future.

I realize that coloring for adults is a little controversial. Were my blessed grandmother alive, she would quote the Apostle Paul: "I put away childish things." She never colored with me as a kid. Perhaps the Boomers/Gen Xers intend to never grow up and can just ignore the baleful stares of those who think it's kid stuff. I found it very relaxing to spend some time with art that isn't going to be judged!

Another cutey, love the mandalas, I wish the sun would have had a face so I did not have to add it my self, but lucky I'm able to do that. Not everyone can. You might want to reconfigure some things in the books like that so others do not have to add faces and other things missing that schools be there. Just saying.! Still love the book and would recommend it.

My fiancé and I talked about coloring as kids and how much we loved that time. I surprised her with this book and other coloring books with crayons and colored pencils. She loved it! We sometimes will color for hours, just enjoying good music (or silence) and a bottle of wine. Guys, try it. Odds are you could spice up your relationship with this book, well, at least the coloring aspect....

Awesome book! Just got today working on my second page already. Thaneeya McArdle books are so much fun to do. You'll love this book. A great way to relax put some music on I prefer Julie London or peter Paul and Mary just enjoy the music as I color. You will want this book.

So cute - love the designs - takes your mind off things and takes you back to childhood with no responsibilities - yay! I wish :-}Quotes on back of pages quite interesting too. Really detailed too - each pic takes ages to do - esp when your eyes are as bad as mine - and that's with glasses.

I got this for my daugther (7 yr old) and more colouring books from the same make. I find them easy to beginners or children.Good quality paper,only one picture per page,and you can tear them off,perfect!!!
