This belt is works great. The charge last a long time. I using it on the aerobic setting. I bought it because I have lost 90 pounds and my upper abdomen was still hard pronounced. It has become softer since I started using the belt. I does not need pads that have to be replace. It does not shock me at all. That was my son's fear. I do have to have help to use the arm bands, it is hard to get them on with one hand.

This stimulator is easy to use, comfortable, and very effective. The adjustable settings make it great for both workouts and recovery, and the portable design with long-lasting control units is super convenient. Arms are not large enough, which I feel is a bit deceptive based upon the picture. They don’t fit my arms

Three separate charged devices to clip to waist belt and arm bands. Easy to put on yourself. You must spray the plates that will touch your skin for it to send the EMS correctly. charger comes with three connectors to each EMS with only one USB to plug in which I thought was very cool! Doesn't take multiple plugs! Fits around my arms and waist perfectly(look in above description for size of each band). Works really well! I could feel it in my muscles even after use. Made with great material and really good buy for the money. Best EMS stimulation device I've bought so far!

It works but is way too small. I cannot get the belt around my middle and the arm bands almost don't fit. Do you sell one for adults and not kids? Aside from that the stimulation works well on my muscles, it's just too small.

This device definitely works , some settings are painful if you blindly press buttons while trying to learn the modes. The arm wraps are hard to put on and then to read what you are doing you have to put the screen upside down so you can see it . The directions weren’t specific on how it should be placed on your arms ( lower , upper, inside ) also it says you can use on your back too but you can’t control it if you do so maybe a remote option would be good so you can adjust more easily . I assume you have to wear no shirt with this device because it easily gets in the way. I found leggings to get in the way of the device also .
