It's easy to assemble and it's versatile for any basketball, football, or soccer player and athlete who can improve their overall fitness. I wish it came with a carrying bag because it is lightweight and easy to transport allowing you to train anytime and anywhere. It appears to be made of great-quality material and not easy to tear up. It is long-lasting and can be used daily, and it's worth the investment. I have 2 grandsons who play 2 different sports and both can benefit from this awesome agility training equipment set. I highly recommend this agility training equipment set.

So fun to watch kids weave in and out - bends easily - great addition for any soccer coach
I love watching the littles weave in and out of the poles. Just makes me laugh. I love having this set as an addition to my nets for practice. Sets up quick and easy to take with you.
