like shown in the picture description
The item came in time, but didn't come with an adjustable band. In the picture, the band (colored part) has holes to adjust size, but this one didn't come with it, like shown in the picture description.Update: The company sent me another watch that had an adjustable band. It worked for the first couple of weeks but I have noticed some logistical issues. The sleep tracker is inaccurate, and doesn't work. I have used this tracker, connected to the app, for the past week and it hasn't tracked my sleeping at all. There are no records on the app and the sleep tracker is the main reason why I bought this band. The second thing I noticed was the time changed to factory time whenever the watch isn't connected to the app. The app is faulty in the sense that it will disconnect at anytime-- even if your phone is right next to the fitness tracker. These issues are more than enough reason to not buy this product again or receive a new band. Buy name brand, it's worth the little bit extra.

This tracker makes a decent watch, if you can get it to connect to the app that is required. The app is less than stellar (read: underdeveloped with an atrocious translator used), and the tracker is not usable with any other apps. The heart rate monitor read me at 86 bpm while relaxing, and 62 bpm while on the elliptical after 15 minutes. The data the tracker collected did not upload to the app, even when it was connected to bluetooth, which took me THREE times of uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Once it did connect by BT, it didn't upload any data, and then would randomly disconnect itself for no reason. I gave it 24 hours, during which time, it kept time decently well, but did NOTHING else it claimed to be able to do.Save your money and buy the one with an actual name brand (something else this one didn't have...)

You get what you pay for!
This tracker has lots of issues, not defects, but there were so many problems I encountered I started a list on my phone to make sure I covered everything. It had lost time multiple times, the only way to fix is to pair it up with your phone. And it's not as easy as connect it to the app, no, it's doesn't connect until you close the app and go into your phone's settings, connect it manually, then go back into the app.So this lead me to check to see if there was a software update, there was! But no help at all. In the update process I lost an entire day.As far as sleep tracking, forget it. It only followed me for 2 hrs of an entire night's (approximately 6hrs) of sleep. And then it tries to indicate when it started monitoring you and ending, all times that weren't even close. Normal sleep time was from 11pm till 5am, and it was saying I was tracked from 1pm till 4pm. Not even close. As I stated earlier with the app issues, it's not put together all that well. I actually had to delete it twice and reinstall it to get it to work properly, as far as I could tell anyway. This tracker does not check-in for HR periodically, only when you access it through the device or the app. But even when you check it, it's off by about 10-20. Kinda not accurate at all. And when I was doing working out on elliptical, HR was not even close. My HR had to have been at least 130 and it happily says that it's 67. Plus, when you access the app to check the HR, it logs a completely different number in the app than on the device. And to top it off I decided to do a little test: device says 68 in app log, but band said 72 and manual check was 76.... I'm a paramedic and I hope to God that I'm capable of at least taking a manual HR.Elliptical training does not pick up steps or track calories. All in all, I sent the device back and will be looking for a little better quality tracker.
