These are great in terms of quality and ingredients. Doubtful you will find another supplant brand with this clean formulation. That said, I think the dosage is really high unless you REALLY need to get your D levels up… fast. If you are just looking for something for a daily maintenance dosage, this might be overkill unless your have your levels checked regularly.

I originally was just taking Vitamin D by itself, but I kept seeing people say you should pair it with K2. I didn’t really understand why at first, but after looking into it, it made sense so I figured I’d try this one instead of buying two separate bottles. I’ve been taking it consistently and what I like most is just how simple it is. One capsule and done. No weird taste, no stomach issues, and it doesn’t feel heavy or anything like that. I also like that it includes coconut oil because I’ve read that helps with absorption, so it feels like you’re actually getting the most out of it. Obviously this isn’t something you “feel” overnight, but I actually prefer that. It feels more like long-term support vs a quick fix. Honestly, no real complaints so far. If anything, I just wish it came in a slightly larger bottle because it’s easy to go through when you’re taking it daily. If you’re new to something like this, just be consistent with it. It’s not one of those supplements you notice instantly it’s more of a “stay on track with it” type of thing. Also, the capsule is actually really small, which makes it super easy to take daily.
