Alba BotanicaHawaiian Nourishing Face Wash, Coconut Milk, 8 oz

I really like Alba products, but this was my first time with the facial wash. I've used it for a few months now & I really like it. I have 'normal' skin, and I feel like it hasn't dried me out or felt too oily. It has a really nice light texture and subtle scent - I really enjoy it. It does pretty well as a makeup remover too.1 year later: I am still using this product, I have bought it many times now, and am still very happy - it leaves my face feeling clean, not oily, and not overly dry. I always follow up with the Alba facial moisturizer - together the combo has been doing great things for my face... and my husband's too (who has combination skin).

Product is amazing. Leaves my face clean and soft. It gets rid of all my spots and did not irritate my skin

Oh dear! This one is making me break out in spots! I stopped using it for a bit then went back to it, and yes, this is the culprit; more spots! The pineapple one was fine, so obviously the coconut milk one does not agree with my skin at all. EDIT: My skin is so parched lately I was looking through my unused stuff (I tend not to chuck anything away) and I found this and started using it again; my skin really likes it now...so soothing and it's not giving me spots, just shows you doesn't it? It's July 2019 while writing this, I've had the stuff for ages now but it's still good. I'm upping the stars 'cos it's good for me now and that's official.

I have been buying the alba organics pineapple enzyme face wash for the past 6+ years and love it. Unfortunately, I ordered the coconut milk face wash by accident (the bottles look identical) and tried to return this item however it said no refunds allowed. I decided to give it a go and this stuff does not clean your face. It has a waxy feel on the skin and I was left feeling not clean. I would not recommend this product and very unfortunate I could not return or swap for the pineapple enzyme face wash. Bit disappointed

This is my favourite facial wash! I have acne-prone combo skin (oily t-zone, dry patches around my mouth, chin and nose) and this facial wash manages to cleanse my oily areas well without aggravating my drier areas or breaking me out. It smells heavenly and the texture of it is lovely and smooth. My only gripe is that it isn't the best for removing makeup but if you use makeup wipes/micellar water/etc before then there shouldn't be a problem!

I love this facial cleanser. Super gentle, smells great. My sensitive skin approves.

I have skin that just seems to get more sensitive every year, drier and allergic to more and more. (My immune system is a bit messed up.) I've tried a number of gentle face cleansers, and this has become my go-to. I don't normally wear a lot of makeup, but this cleanser and a soft scrubby mitt get almost everything off--sometimes the waterproof mascara needs a little extra help, but that's it--and my skin is left in one piece. I won't pretend that I don't need moisturizer ASAP after washing my face, but with everything else I've tried, I feel like I need moisturizer before I even leave the shower...sadly, that really isn't an exaggeration.If your skin is normal-to-oily, this probably won't work for you, and I completely understand how it gets negative reviews from some people. But if your skin is dry and delicate, try this: it's gentle, the scent is light, it's pretty effective, and it's not expensive for how long it lasts you.

I absolutely love this product! It keeps my face clean and healthy. It gives me great confidence knowing I’m washing my face with a product with naturally minded ingredients that do not dry out my face or make my combination skin red like other products in the past. Best of all it smells good!🤩

This stuff is amazing. I have dry sensitive skin that breaks out once a month. This has greatly improved the texture, which was a huge issue for me. I don’t mind the smell and I use it with their green tea moisturizer and twice a week with their even advanced sea scrub. My skin looks so good. Like creamy and glowing. It’s a vast improvement, my hormonal acne is even lessened with this!

I have been using this product for years. I love it. It takes off waterproof mascara easily.The best part, however, is that they don't use animals for testing their products!
