I've owned this pair for less than a year and they look great, the white sole dirties up like any white soles will but maintenance is key. Quality is good and feels good but even after 6 hours, they aren't as cushioned as I'd like but still wearable. They are supposed to be "true to size" but they were too big at my size of 7.5, so you may need to get a 1/2 size smaller to fit properly. Outside that, I get compliments on my shoes all the time. I just wish the fit and cushion were thicker so I can make it longer than 8 hours on my feet without pain. I do agree that these are rigid in the back upper but will break in. Not a bad shoe for sitting, frequently, and stylish.

ordered 11 W and the back is too big
I wear a 10.5 or 11wide in women's shoes.I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong size or if these run big, but the opening in the back of the shoe around the ankle is huge. I ordered an 11W. The rest of the shoe fits well though, the length is right and the width around the toes is right, and I missed the timeframe for return. It arrived just as pictured and well packaged. I think if they fit more snugly, then I would really like them.

Too good to be true
These are really cute shoes. I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur. I knew it was too good to be true to actually believe some of the reviews. Which is why I went ahead a purchased. No arch support and not wide enough. I wear a 10 and these were too tight.

Not worth the money
They hurt. I ended up adding Dr. Scholl's but they still kill my feet. Don't buy if you actually have a job where you need to stand most of the day. I heard Asics were better.Update I bought some Skechers and I've had no issues. I'm not gotta lie, my feet still hurt but that's more about standing all day that the shoes. The shoes are really comfy.

Comfortable support
It is really hard to find comfortable work shoes for my daughter. She now has two pairs of these shoes in different styles, and she loves them. Her feet do not hurt at the end of her work day. She has a problem with pronation of her feet (turn inwards), but these also help keep her feet straight. So a very good shoe for her.

Great buy!
I had bought these probably 3 years ago and they are finally in need of replacing. Loved them so much I bought the same pair. I woodsy it takes a bit to work the back in but after that they are great.

Otherwise they are comfortable and fashionable
The back of heel comes in too much - causing a blister and pain in the achilles area. I will have to stretch these out before putting them into my work shoe rotation. Otherwise they are comfortable and fashionable, and the price wasn't bad, so I'll keep them, but I will definitely have to put work into them before they are good to go.

Little support, UPDATE: Wicked Blisters!
They don't provide as much support as advertised and feel a little cheap. UPDATE: I just wore them for my first 12 and got some wicked blisters. I'd worn them enough to break them in before wearing them for a full shift, so I definitely would not recommend them.
