Very pleasant tasting.

This tea tastes wonderful - mild and satisfying. It’s become one of my favorites (and I have a lot of different teas).

I used to purchase this at another retailer. Its cost was a premium compared to Tazo or Celestial Seasonings, but this was just better white tea. Then the cost went up significantly, and my budget went down, and I stopped drinking this. Now, the other two companies don't really do a white tea. I'm glad I'm in a position to make this one of my daily sippers again. This is probably one of Amazon's better "true" white teas under $20. I highly recommend it.

I have way too much tea. ~40 jars of loose-leaf and ~20 boxes of tea bags are currently in my stash but this is hands down my favorite white tea variant. Mild flavor, aromatic, and completely inoffensive. I will say that I drink primarily black chai teas but everyone needs a little variety.Just make sure you have a kettle/hotplate/thermometer that allows good control over water temp. This is a tea that is very sensitive to changes in brewing temp and duration. 170°F and no longer than 90 seconds. Any hotter or longer and the flavor becomes much more 'planty' and less pleasant.

The tea is delightful with a delicate flavor, and I would certainly buy it again. However, at the price I was also purchasing the metal can that arrived totally damaged and unusable. It says this thing is not eligible for return so I don't know what to do about it except I'm quite disappointed, and that it was just put in a plastic bag and mailed with protection.
